Hi, my name is Ashlene Patten and I am the founder of Heart-Led Prana. Through my own healing and navigating my nervous system, I found tools to come back into my body. I connected with myself and others in a heart-centered way. I have now been teaching this to others by guiding my clients into their innate wisdom through nervous system regulation.
I create a safe space for clients to find out that behind their fears is their deepest desires. My programs help clients learn to get out of a people-pleasing anxious mentality back to create safety in their nervous system for joy and play.

Nervous system regulation takes time. This is not a quick fix. If your nervous system has been trained to be in overdrive or in an anxious state for a long period of time, it has to relearn the safety of being in a calm, regulated state rather than in survival mode. This is not something to beat yourself up about but to get guidance and support with. If we have been in survival mode for a long period of time, we then stay in an anxious state. This state becomes our base so anything under that will feel unsafe, anything over that will feel overwhelming.
That's why my clients who invest in my 3 and 4 month HLP programs get theire desired results that we go over. Why? Because over time the nervous system starts to recalibrate to a harmonious state so that if you do need to be in flight, fight or freeze your nervous system will activate the sympathetic but you don't stay there... Then, you go back to feeling the safety around your nervous system titrating back to a calm state where you can be present. It ultimately benefits those around you and allows you to be more present with those you love. You don't just learn tools but EMBODY those tools.
If you're wanting a quick fix or to feel some relief…sure, you can get some relief with one breathwork session, however to make a lasting change, it takes time, support and consitency for the nervous system and body to feel safe to release the stored up emotions that have been stored in our cellular memory and tissues. We can slowly start to build resiliency in our nervous system and be able to create lasting harmonious change.
