Shedding With Sound Breathwork + Harp Journey

The start of a new season promises change. We need to make room for the blessings awaiting us by shedding what we have outgrown. Letting go of old habits, thoughts, and emotions helps us to fully come into ourselves. Aligning with the self is a practice that we come to over and over again. It is vital to growth, but does not have to be done alone.
