A collaborative journey through the self, guided by Heart-Led Prana with conscious connected breathwork (Sacred Breath Method) combined with music, guidance, and support to get into different brainwave states. This journey is designed to guide you to have a creative space to escape the mental chatter of the mind, deepen into your inner wisdom and begin to embody your profound expression.
This two hour experience begins with instruction, safety measures, and group connection before beginning the journey in meditation. The breathwork follows, taking about 45 minutes transitioning from the active breath to grounding the experience through the process of integration and ending in Shavasana.
Integration is processing what you just experienced and shifting it into your reality.
